Excellent breakfast, good room, very good bed, nice bathroom. The large garage parking (though paid) was connected directly to the hotel and convenient.

I booked based on previous reviews, so I will take this opportunity to balance them a bit. Our stay was perfectly fine and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely not recommend against staying here. However, while the room was clean and functional, the bathroom/shower felt more like it belonged in a care facility rather than at a hotel, and the TV was due for an update. The breakfast provided decent variety, but some of it had probably been reused several times and was a little stale, and some of it felt like it wasn't prepared with the freshest or most high-quality ingredients. I would definitely not mind staying here again, but if I do go back to Sundsvall I would try one of the other similarly-priced options.

Good room for a pleasant stay (in normal days)

Room was good but it was very hot with direct sun on the windows. There was a small table fan available but it was noisy and very small. So we couldn’t sleep even with windows open. Breakfast was very good and overall facilities excellent.

Good hotel to reasonable price. Food in their restaurant was good and their staff was very good and service top notch. Only complain in this electrification world where more and more EV cars on the roads. Hotels need to start thinking of chargers and in this hotel they had 2 chsrgers whereby one was occupied of a hybrid car the whole night, shouldn't be allowed!!

Quality Hotel Sundsvall er vårt absolutte favoritthotell i Sundsvall. Beliggenheten er perfekt – sentralt, men likevel rolig. Det er enkelt å parkere, og hotellet har egen garasje, noe som føles både trygt og praktisk, spesielt når man reiser med bil. Bare en kort spasertur unna finner man sentrum med byens butikker, restauranter og hyggelige kafeer. Rommene er komfortable, frokosten god, og servicen alltid vennlig og seedende god. alltid! Et hotell vi stadig vender tilbake til – anbefales varmt!
