From check in until check out, the whole experience was lovely. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the place was spotless (I utilized the lobby, pool, hot tub, gym and room: everything equally clean and sparkling) and the place is very conveniently located. Close to downtown, grocery, and many restaurants. Beautiful balcony.

Perfect location to walk around the village and to all the great restaurants! The bed was extremely comfortable and the water pressure for showers was awesome! The staff were super helpful with recommendations and so sweet, and the coffee latte cappuccino machine was a nice treat each morning! Definitely would stay there on our return visit to Ketchum!
