From check in until check out, the whole experience was lovely. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the place was spotless (I utilized the lobby, pool, hot tub, gym and room: everything equally clean and sparkling) and the place is very conveniently located. Close to downtown, grocery, and many restaurants. Beautiful balcony.

Really friendly staff and our room was very clean. Everything was tidy and fresh. It's easy walking everywhere. There is a lot of construction in the area - next door- so it can be a little noisy. We heard it but it didn't bother us. I missed that there was no breakfast but there's a great little place immediately next door. ( And so many other options!!)

Perfect location to walk around the village and to all the great restaurants! The bed was extremely comfortable and the water pressure for showers was awesome! Excellent location, this is a wonderful hotel with great accommodations and a warm atmosphere. We loved the fireplace in our room and the spa was a great way to end the snowy days.

A delightful stay!

We stayed 4 nights recently and had zero issues. Room was spacious, furniture was comfortable, location can't be beat and the staff was helpful and kind. Loved that we had a refrigerator and microwave so we could make our own breakfast each morning. Will definitely stay again next year.
