Family vacation

We stayed at this hotel for our daughter’s basketball tournament. The hotel was clean and offered a good breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: Check in was very easy and quick. Staff was very friendly. Room was very comfortable. Cons: Trash was overflowing on 4th floor near the elevator and a toilet brush was left on the floor and dirty towels. WiFi was in and out.

Nothing fancy,a very comfortable,quiet and extremely clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I came from a conference at a high-end hotel where the hot water didn't work,the shower dripped all night and the heat kept kicking on,my stay in Sumter was a welcome relief.

The room was very clean and comfortable it came with 2 refrigerators microwave iron and hair dryer! It was very quiet and the staff was great! I will be doing my stay again very soon! I recommend this place it worth your peace of mind!

I get the feeling whenever I book through Expedia, the properties always give me the worse rooms ever. In this property, our window blinds weren't working. I actually had to use hangers to hold them open so could get some light in during the day. Some repairs needed thru out the bathroom walls like loose wall paper and chips here and there. The hotel doesn't gave a very comfortable like home feel. It's almost cold. Would never stay at this particular hotel brand again. But then again, it could also be this location.

Liked absolutely nothing. This is merely a place to lay your head for the night. Unfortunately it was a uncomfortable night. The bed is horrible. I woke up with a backache. The sheets need to be replaced they were so rough and scratchy that I slept on top of them. The floor was sticky and greasy. I guess I'm spoiled at other hotels because it was disappointing that they didn't even offer bottled water. Front desk associate is young and unprofessional. She actually had someone on speaker phone listening to the conversations. I know because she said as much whenever they commented. Definitely will not return. The only thing good was the grits with the free breakfast.
