I should have known what to expect when the logo and name on the building were paritally covered with a tarp. The hotel is being remodeled and should not be open. 1) The front desk agent maintained her phone call speaking about Easter gifts more than to me. 2) There was a carpet cleaner in front of our room we had to move to get in. 3) We passed the pool which is full, but green. on the way to our room. 4) The door was either chewed, or rotted, through the bottom third. 5) The carpet was soaking wet 6) Mold in the refrigerator 7) All the maintenance closets were open on the floor with equipment lying in the hallway 8) The ceiling in the hall was open in many areas under reapir (by 1-2 foot square holes). There is more, but you get the picture. We stayed in the room for less than 5 minutes before asking for our $100 deposit to be refunded and leaving as fast as possible. i get this is a budget hotel, but you should not expect to have to shower after leaving a room.

Never again

Rooms were terrible. First they didn't have my reservation because the name of the hotel had changed to Belmont Inn and not Country Inn. Showers and toilets had rust in them. I had to change rooms three times one room wasn't even cleaned had wet towels hanging up bed wasn't made and trash still in the trash cans. Smoke detector battery needed changing and it chipped all night. My whole experience was terrible

Not worth it!

The room was clean but very outdated. Minimal hot water in the morning only, none after noon, almost like they shut the hot water off. There was no breakfast either morning, but there is a very short walk to an IHOP. The staff was pretty rude at check in and when we complained about the hot water.

The room was somewhat dingy and outdated… The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The furniture was scarred as were the walls. There was no hot water later that night but there was hot water in the morning.. We stayed here mainly because we had our dog with us. The check in process was fine… However it sits way back off the road and at night it’s hard to find because there’s no signs directing you to drive

Not the best experience

I didn’t have any issues with service nor getting my room however the condition of everything was awful. When I first entered my room for a weeks stay there were roaches within. The bed was clean but there was dust over all appliances and surfaces. The shower leaked consistently not to mention the curtain was barley hanging by exposed drywall anchors cracking from the walls. The floors were dirty and when I went to microwave a meal there was a roach inside. My fire alarm started beeping two days in. I had to remove it myself and take it to the counter as a no maintained personnel were available. It was never replaced for the duration of my stay.

The best thing about this experience was the shower. First room assignment already had an occupant who was probably a chain smoker (in a non-smoking hotel). Second room... TV worked for about 15 minutes. Refrigerator didn't work. Broken lamp shade. Ripped bed skirt. Ripped shower curtain. Leftover painters tape in multiple places. Staff was pleasant to me but not when I wasn't in their view. They were sort of responsive to the problems with the room but didn't follow up. I hate to even leave this kind of review because I'm not a complainer by nature. I just wouldn't stay in this hotel if I were you. I thought Radisson hotels were a step up. Definitely not this one!

The check in was great but the hotel accommodations were aweful,.lights did not work rooms spelled moldy. There were large spots in the carpet with what look like some one threw up on the cabinets. Several guests all came back to complain and have rooms switched or cancelled. Renovation was in process but fumes were overwhelming especially if you have asthma.

This was advertised as a beautiful, warm and spacious place to stay. Upon arrival it looked run down and dirty. Staff looked like a drug addict. We entered the room with a horrible smell, cigarette burns on the bed spreads, and not the spacious room I had requested. I went to check the indoor pool to find stuff floating on top as well as dirt or sand on the bottom. I requested a refund and left immediately

Unclean.

Visible hair all over the bathroom, drapes literally falling from the ceiling, smells of must, and the carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a week let alone actually deep cleaned in a year. The toilet handle is broken and just sitting on top of the toilet. The shower has brown tinted water/soap scum stains on the walls. I feel bad because the front desk girl was beyond nice and everyone was complaining, but this is truly not up to the country inn standards and gives them a horrible name.

My room was layered with dust, and had food remnants on the floor like chips or something. I must have been the only one staying there, because breakfast had like 2 bagels, eggs for 2, sausage for 2 or 3 people, and some gravy, but no buscuits. That was it. for everyone. The equipment or internet was not up to speed either, check in took so long because the internet was slow, then the printed docs came out all wrong, and had to be printed and adjusted 3 times ...
