「I couldn’t even get into the rooms with the first 4 keys they gave me. said the system was messed up or something. the maintenance worked on the door for 15 minutes and we needed up waiting 2 hours to get into the room and getting comfortable. Then the sheets were musty and stained . I started to get a refund but all i kept telling myself was this is just one night and I’m leaving in the morning. I’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t nearly as bad as this time.」

「We had two rooms, check in was smooth (Except wrong key in wrong folder..). One room was very good. The second one was dated and several bugs were noted. Great location.」

「I had a really bad experience, It was expensive $67,59 for a really smelly and nasty room, the bathroom was very dirty and with stained towels, the toilet and tub were filthy and disgusting. I was desperate to get a room to stay only one night, because l was exhausted after driving my truck for 8 hrs. The worst part was the bathroom.AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. Don’t stay there please ever!!」

「Red stuff on toilet seat, poor maintenance such as touch-up paint that didn’t match, gaps in the wall, etc. Paid breakfast was horrible. Overall it was not worth the high cost. Bar served beer only. Only good thing was the hot tub was nice and hot. Housekeeping ladies were very nice and cleaned the toilet seat and apologized. However they were also in the hallway complaining about their jobs for some time. Pool had a light broken off sitting on the side of the pool, pools area was messy with...

「As a person of limited mobility it was difficult climbing the stairs with my suitcase. It would have been better to have been told of this before check in.」

「One of our two rooms smelled heavily of smoke, the air conditioner blew hot air, and the carpet was throughly damp from having been cleaned recently. When we asked for a fan, none were available. The second room had a broken phone and a television that didn’t work. We asked for quarters for the laundry and they were locked away and couldn’t be retrieved. The breakfast offering was extremely limited with no protein - just bread, grits, and cereal. Very, very disappointing.」
