The room and staff were great. Very helpful and nice my only real complaint was being stuck on the elevator that broke while going to second floor room as disabled and it's hard to go up and down stairs

The room was nice, but the humidity in the room was so high that the LVP floor was damp the whole time. The exterior of the property was ok. It is an older property that has been renovated. All rooms are exterior entrance which in my opinion are not as quiet and a hotel with interior entrance rooms. A lot of traffic noise as it's right off the interstate and the main traffic artery in Summerville. Woke to the sounds of firetrucks responding several times the first night. For the price it was not bad, but I probably would not stay again.

I've been here for a while due to an abusive relationship. I gave a very unfair review in Sept which I would like to retract right now. The entire staff including and most especially the manager. I've had a few very bad days lately and the manager has been so sweet and kind and understanding. I misjudged who she wasat first but I get it now. She's just as amazing ae and more caring s everyone els

The staff is amazing helpful nice accommodating. The manager has a not so great attitude daily the rest of the staff is awesome. If you wanna see the Summerville police in droves regularly this would be the spot however I don't suggest it if you have children. Also if your disabled they are not very accommodating considering the elevator is out of commission regularly and at least a week at a time. I am disabled and asked for a ground room floor repeatedly and wasn't able to attain for almost a month

I need to retract a review I left in Sept u fairly. I called out the manager for not being very nice. I was completely wrong. The last week I've been having a really hard time with no one to turn to and to my surprise the manager was actually there for me listened to me cry and try to figure out my situation. When I say that the entire staff here go above and beyond I mean every last person who works here. Especially the manager. There couldn't be a better group of people to be around when life kicks you out in the cold.
