Upon checking in, the receptionist was very rude and unaccommodating. I had booked a king-size room, but we were given a room with two queens instead, and she did not inform us of this change. The following morning, I spoke with Sheba, who was wonderful to work with. She explained the issue and was very accommodating.
Once in the room, I noticed that the carpet had not been vacuumed and there appeared to be dog food on it. Additionally, there was a razor cover on the bathroom floor, and the light near the ironing board didn't work. Despite requesting a room cleaning, it was never cleaned during our three-night stay, which was very disappointing. The pool was also very dirty, with hair and bugs in it. Given it was a busy holiday weekend, one would expect more frequent cleaning. I would not book this location again.
