「The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. I called the front desk around 9:15 a.m. to ask what time breakfast ended, and they said it had ended at 9 a.m.—but they kindly offered to still serve us since the breakfast staff would be there until 10:30. We thought we were just lucky, but the way they plated and packed the food so beautifully proved otherwise. It wasn’t luck—it was true customer service! Thank you!」
