「The facility is pretty amazing if you like retro buildings. If (and that’s a big if) they invested a few dollars in the ac systems in the rooms, the plumbing and refreshed the deco look (maybe better lighting?) it would really be incredible. The gym, privately owned but free to guests, was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. 」

「6年前来过，总体变化不大，但是从万豪变成索内斯特管理，软件还是查了一点，拖鞋，洗漱用具都没了，厨房设施也少了锅子，总体有明显退步。设施开始有点老旧了。该更新了。」

「The stay was great, except for the water main break, which left us without water for more than 10 hours the second night. We were told that they would give us some compensation for the inconvenience, but since we booked through a third party we had to work with the third party. It would have been nice if they would have settled things with us, and then settle things on the back end with the third-party. That would have been an opportunity to "wow" their guest. Now, I guess we will see whether...

「Our only concern was the elevator worked when it wanted. Staff would assist if it was on the ground floor but if you were on upper floors it took a long time if you couldn't do stairs. 」

「Wow! Every sip, bite, interaction and property were stellar! Was just passing through and needed a place to stay and stumbled into an oasis of excellence! So good that we stayed an extra night! You will really like this choice……」
