Very basic acco. Good location, away from the main bazaar and road. Frugal in terms of amenities. No wifi etc. Food is made to order (dinner). Staff is efficient, but show glimpses of being a Govt. employee ! Just about manageable for a transit halt.

It was a nice stay except on the price part. Initially it was told to me that breakfast is included in the tariff. And tariff was mentioned as 1400+tax for non ac room. However while checking out it turned out to be 1650+tax+breakfast(200) all together it was 2265. Please be careful with the pricing.

We stayed there for a couple of nights. It was a pleasant stay, decent rooms, good room service and a very peaceful place. Totally a real value for money.

Experience at KTDC Pepper Grove

We went to KTDC Pepper Grove on 19th Dec 2012. After the initial hiccups in locating the place we finally arrived at the hotel towards the evening. The hotel is in a very peaceful and quite area. The hotel staff were courteous and very efficient in terms of responding to the request esp Mr Benoy. The hotel is neat and clean and is well maintained. I would certainly recommend this place to fellow travelers.

clean and well maintained hotel

we stay in this hotel for two night.Hotel's room was clean and well maintained.surrounding of the hotel was green and very peaceful. Hotel service was very good and staff was very helpful. Food quality of restaurant was not good.Even for that food you need to order at least one hour earlier.

pepper grove -quality of services

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Only two rooms were occupied during our entire stay and yet the service was great. Manager and staff looked after our onward reservation and provided us with great information about the area. We use taxi and local buses and were able to visit the entire area. The stores and downtown area is within walking distance, 1 km or so. Very quiet surrounding. Room top floor looking in court yard afforded great sunrise Could have a wifi internet.
