"The check-in process was chaotic. However, the facility itself was clean and the breakfast was good. Our shuttle to the airport was on time and we only paid $5/day to park our car at the Wingate while we were gone. "

"The air quality in our room was terrible. Couldn't breathe well enough to get a restful night's sleep, and we were in Bville to ride mountain bikes, so restorative sleep is a big deal. Kitchenette was filthy. Bed cleanliness questionable. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing to look forward to. Location was nice. Grateful for a place to stay, but will not stay again."

"They only clean the rooms every three days, and somehow one of those days did not fall on the weekend. So, we were there the entire weekend and the room wasn’t cleaned once. And, this fact is not clearly advertised. Also, this location is generally pretty run down and neglected. Staff was borderline rude, and generally seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. I would chalk this up to bad management. "
