"Staff no friendly at all. The parking gate need to be fixed the room keys never worked to get in or out and we have to call the front desk so they can open the gate ,one day I have to get out of the car go to the front desk I was instructed to press the help button and we wait like 15 minutes to somebody answer the phone and open de gate "

"It was pretty good, ice machines on the 5th floor were broken as well as the outlets in the bathroom but overall, good stay "

"citizenM was a very cool spot to stay. Super friendly staff and very, very clean. The rooms are small and without the amenities hotel stays usually come with like water, coffee, tea or paper/plastic cups. They are an ecofriendly hotel and that is why. The bar area is staffed 24/7 however and you can get anything you need. With that said, the room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and room lighting options were wonderful."

"Customer support was disappointing! After 10:30 - no one answers the phone. Bridget upstairs....made a special effort to help us. She's a goddess! If it weren't for her, we would have hated the visit! "
