The hotel is well placed in the town centre with a car park right next door, priced at £8 for 24 hours, very reasonable. Park on the lower floor for direct access to the hotel. Friendly and happy staff, new beds, with having a Miller and Carter steakhouse within walking distance. Wide open lounge and relaxing area both upstairs and down. Spacious rooms. Downside - no lifts (pun intended), no small fridge, older and squeaky doors.

Ascot House
We've stayed in these apartments most weekends for the last month. They have everything we need they are clean & quiet. Close to the hospital. Washer dryer & dishwasher make it easy All the staff were really friendly a the late check out fee is reasonable.
