Staff is very nice and helpful, some rooms are near to the street and could be noisy but is understandable because is at the hearth of San Salvador, staff got me another room that was quiet. And I enjoy being near at walking distance to all festivities that happening on the historic center "

"The view was phenomenal and worth it. My room had windows in the ceiling, and it was a full moon when I was there. When I woke up in the middle of the night I looked outside and the lake was lit up and a rare and beautiful sight. I wish I could've stayed longer. Be aware that this place is high in the mountains. To get to the rooms will require a lot of walking down and up stairs. Not for weak knees or people who can't walk long distance. I might have brought my elderly mom here, luckily she is in good health but still something to know if you're coming here. Perfect for couple's retreat! Well worth it! The staff was attentive and in great shape, I believe it comes with being part of the gig. "
