Lotte Hotel Busan
My time at the Lotte Hotel Busan was outstanding. They were able to provide great service all around. They were very accommodating and helpful when our air conditioning in our room was not working. Definitely will be back!

We walked into our room in awe. The view from each o the rooms were amazing. Loved looking out through the huge windows to the beach and ocean views. Each of the rooms had so much space, especially the master bedroom. It was a tad chilly, so we didn't use the air conditioning, but the room temperatures ...

LCT Residence Y Collection
The accomodation was very spacious with a great ocean view. There were also many amenities within the accommodation. There were many staff within the lobby to guide us to the check-in counter and to our accommodation, and we had no difficulty with the check-in process.
