這次入住沒有地毯的房型，很舒適的是還有浴缸，房間有個小片落地窗可開啟，整體來說舒適，但容易聽到同層樓和樓上傳來的聲音，可以加強隔音。

Leider ging in der Nacht zweimal ein Alarm los, wir haben in der Rezeption angerufen und gefragt was los ist, da uns der Alarm verunsichert hat. Haben darauf keine richtige Antwort erhalten "Wir wissen bescheid, es ist nichts, tschüss" und es wurde aufgelegt. Am nächsten Morgen erfuhren wir das es ein Feueralarm war, die Dame an der Rezeption konnte die Rückmeldung über die unfreundliche Vorgehensweise nicht annehmen. Machte uns vorwürfe warum wir anrufen haben und nicht sofort das Hotel verlassen haben. Das hat uns noch mehr verärgert, man hätte an dem Abend am Telefon auch sagen können, das wir die Zimmer verlassen sollen anstatt zu sagen so unfreundlich zu reagieren. Wir haben Verständnis darüber das so etwas passieren kann, aber Freundlichkeit und Informationen an die Gäste kostet nichts. Wir konnten nach dem Alarm nicht sofort wieder schlafen, da wir leider auch zusätzlich schweiß gebadet aufgewacht sind, weil die Heizung im Zimmer sehr heiß eingestellt waren. Wir haben dann alle Fenster aufreissen müssen und die Heizung lief trotzdem auf weiter und weiter. Wir konnten auch leider in der Nacht niemanden mehr an der Rezeption telefonisch erreichen. Als wir das mit der Heizung rückgemeldet haben, wollte die Dame mit uns diskutieren das die Heizung immer ausgeht wenn das Fenster aufsteht, anstatt die Rückmeldung anzunehmen und sich zu bedanken. Schließlich ist die Umwelt heizen bei der aktuellen Klimasituation und den Heizkosten sicherlich nicht im Interesse des Hotels

Best Western stands up to its name at clean and friendly service. Although most Best Western Hotels have rooms available with refrigerators and microwaves and allow the customer to control the heat and air conditioner with thermostats in the rooms, unfortunately this Best Western Hotel did not. However, this Best Western had the desired amenities (pool, sauna, spa, and restaurant in the hotel with stores, restaurants, and bahnhof 5-10 minute walking distance away).

Recommended for family travel

Der Spa Bereich bräuchte eine "Auffrischung" und der Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein. Ansonsten war es sehr schön, sehr freundliches Personal :-)

Bilder bei der Buchung entsprechen definitiv nicht der Realität. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Weiterempfehlung ist nicht möglich. Keine gute Werbung für „Best Western“

Gutes BW Hotel mit super Frühstück
Wir waren zu zweit und haben denselben Zimmertyp reserviert. Der Kollege hatte ein grösseres Zimmer und grösseres Bett für denselben Preis. Super Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl und sehr nettem und aufmerksamen Personal.

The property was great. Clean rooms, great breakfast option! Staff was very helpful. Only downgraded on two as they were renovation the restaurants onsite. Would have loved to have tried them.
