"The photos online of the pool area really sold me on getting the hotel for 3 nights for me and my children. However, I was unaware that this hotel sells wristbands to the general public and it was a complete madhouse. It is not properly staffed to monitor who has the proper wristbands and who doesn't. There is trash everywhere from people bringing in food and leaving it everywhere, even in the pool and hot tub. I didn't feel safe being in and around that area. Police were called but it's not their place to control the hotel and they never ended up coming. Will never book here again, or recommend this place to anyone staying on the Milwaukee area."

"The hotel had no running water the middle night of my stay. It was also very noisy. I could hear the man on the other side of my wall talking in the phone and it sounded as if he was in my room. Kids running up and down the halls at 10pm. I was there for work and hard to sleep because of noise so late."

"It was dirty, the pool and hot tub were "under maintenance" (they just did not want to upkeep them), the beds were stained, the sheets were stained and wrinkled- the rooms smelled of smoke, the bathroom had drop ceilings (garunteed mold!!) the shower curtain rod was practically falling off of the wall, the drains smelled like something was rotting in them. There are burn marks on the carpet and all over the hotel room. There was a mysterious wet spot on the floor and the carpets themselves felt like they were crusty :(( I do NOT recommend this hotel AT ALL. We hardly slept, we were afraid of it being unhygienic. "
