The pool was undergoing maintenance when we booked and it obviously was for a long time. So the stay per night was overpriced for what we were expecting with the amenities that were advertised. Friendly staff.

Well, the bathroom was nice but the white towels were stained and filthy looking. It was disgusting. The common carpet areas were also stained and absolutely filthy.

Good price for the area. The outside needs work. The hallways need to be vacuumed. Surprisingly the room wasn’t that bad. I expected worse so I brought along a sleeping bag. It probably wasn’t necessary but I used it anyway

We booked this hotel because we were going to upper door county and needed a place right away when we got there the outside looked abandoned, we didn’t even want to go inside after reading reviews all the reviews were bad, we decided to stay at a different hotel, they refused to give us a refund even though we canceled less than 24 hours from when we booked it, I don’t recommend staying here.

Hotel and grounds need upkeep and cleaning. Rugs at entrance were trip hazards, breakfast items were minimal and yogurt was expired. First room we were given ended up being a handicap room, which we had not requested. The shade and blinds were broken and didn’t open. We were then moved to another room. We would not recommend or stay there again. Handicap parking place near door seemed to be used by staff, car did not have handicap plates or sticker. We have stayed at other Quality Inns before, but this was subpar. Disappointing.
