"I used to stay in this hotel in the past. I like the hotel. But this time, I had a bad experience. After I drove for few hrs under the rain we got to the hotel. Really tired. We checked in, we reserved a room with a king bed, but a room with two bed was given by the front desk staff. Then she told us our room is on the second floor but the elevador was not working. I asked if we can have a room on the first floor she said not is full. I was very upset but I tried to be nice, but was really hard to carry all the suitcases and bags to the second floor through the stairs specially for my friend due to her medical condition. Others guest were talking in a negative manner about the situation of the elevator. The front desk told us that the elevator problem has been an issue since eight month ago. Also she said that the hotel website has an advertisement about the problem with the elevator. But we checked it nothing was found in the website page. Really I like to stay in this hotel because I travel a lot. But the elevator experience was bad."

"Booked a king, called the hotel and told them I was arriving late. When I got there they had given out all the king rooms (beds) and stuck me with a 2 bed twin room. Not what I booked. Then, when I got to my wonderful twin bed room, the drapes wouldn't close and I had lights blasting in on me all night and then of course the sun in the morning. The staff blamed it on "construction". I'm not sure how "construction" prevents drapes from closing."

"Breakfast was great, parking was generally easy, except for when a large hockey group of children arrived at the hotel. The gym equipment was limited and on the whole nonfunctional."

"As I stayed Room 132, I am afraid I cannot give them a high mark. Although staffs were great, the room was not so much. Basically, Psychodidae (commonly known as Drain Flies/Sewer Flies) was everywhere. They kept coming which indicates a plumbing issue or buildup in this property. As I understand it takes a lot of care to keep the property upright, I could not make myself relax during my stay. I believe this affected my performance degradation in the following day. Although there were positive side (again, staff and free breakfast to begin with), that did not offset the negative side that I got. Sorry I wish I could make my review nicer."
