"The room was very clean. It was a good size and conveniently located to our plans. The breakfast was decent and the staff was responsive. The only hiccup was that we picked it bc the kids love an evening swim, but the pool was closed during our stay which we only found out at check-in, so that was a pretty big disappointment. Aside from that, all wa swell."

"We had a great stay. UCONN campus is very impressive! My only complaint is, when checking in we were instructed where to park. It wasn’t until we checked out and I saw a tiny sign hidden behind the card processor, that I realized they charge $9 per night for parking. I brought it to the attention of the clerk that not only weren’t we informed at check in about the fee, but that the sign should be larger and placed where patrons can actually see it!!! "

"I use this hotel for my trips to and from Maine to NJ. Always a good sleep, ease of access to highway and friendly staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. "

"The staff was great. The room was clean. The A/C worked great. Those are the most important things to me when I stay at a hotel, so great job with those! I would recommend it to someone else. The only negative I would say is that the person working in the cleaning area next to the complimentary breakfast was not so friendly when I asked if it was closed. It closed at 9:30 (I hadn’t realized it was approx 9:45), my daughter was about to grab a muffin, and you’d think she would have said “yes we’re closed, but please help yourself to anything here!” She didn’t. She seemed a little mad. That’s not acceptable, in my opinion. "
