「They dont close windows so there are bugs in ur room」

「Great location, but would not stay again. There were dirty towels from the previous guest left hanging in the bathroom. We also found a used earplug between the comforter and duvet. I let the general manager know via Expedia messenger but received no response.」

「The landscaping was completely overgrown with tall weeds at the entrance and on the sides of the hotel and coming out of what appears to have once been a fountain. It looked really bad and was unexpected for a Hyatt property. When I originally looked at booking this hotel it was extremely overpriced. However, I found it later for a better price and so booked. I wasn’t happy with the appearance of the overgrown weeds, etc. and would have been furious had I opted to book at the higher price...

「When we called to request that someone bring bedding and sheets for the sofa bed upon our arrival, the front desk guy told us, "I don't have anyone available to send to your room." When we asked when the bedding could be delivered, he responded with "Geeez" and hung up the phone.」
