「A quaint old building in a great location. Perfect for a fun trip to Buffalo. Staff is excellent. Free drink in the lounge each night. Free parking and free breakfast. Room was spacious with a big bathroom and comfortable bed. Not a great spot for business as the wifi is unreliable for zoom calls.」

「Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. 」

「The good: Great location in the Elmwood Village area. Extremely walkable. Once you're inside, the place is beautiful. It oozes charm and personality. The common areas are great, and our room was very, very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, new TV, fridge. Parking was very convenient. Entry into the building and the room was great, with a custom code that worked on both doors. Finally, very responsive concierge (we interacted through text). The not-so-good: Our room was on the 1st floor, so...

「Very well placed hotel for the theatre district in Buffalo as well as a few train stops down from where the Sabers play hockey. Great hotel and an awesome price!!」

「Hotel is good and comfortable. However, the nearby environment is not too convenient for international tourists. Parking fee needs to download app and does not accept international credit card. Luckily, Hotel can help to register my rental car plate number and pay for us.」
