「Check-in is very efficient. The reception staff is very kindly and helpful. The hotel provides free shuttle but to airport. And it also provides morning call. Compared with my previous experience in IBIS Bucharest, this Ibis is much better.」

「All good for a night syay before flying out of Sofia. Good underground parking space but be careful of the high kerbs as it scraped the bottom of the rented car. 」

「優: 1.房間非常好, 夠大, 浴室設計也很現代..新, 且乾淨 2. wifi 速度不錯 3. 早餐種類數目沒有特別多, 但算精緻 (比較其他飯店) 4. 旁邊有大型 shopping mall, 超市, 附近為新大樓 街景整齊 缺: 離地鐵站稍遠(走路20分鐘), 但門口附近有公車可以直達市中心(車程10分鐘)」

「Otel ve oda temizliği gayet iyiydi. Araçla gittiğimiz için ücretsiz kapalı otopark çok işimize yaradı. Aile odası büyüklüğü 4 kişilik bir aile için yeterli. Şehir merkezine araçla 15-20 dakikada ulaştık. Kahve makinesi bizim için iyiydi.」

「I had a wonderful three day stay at the Hotel Expo, the lady at the front desk did a marvellous job assisting me with anything I asked her to explain and show me. A special employee that should be recognized. Room was always made up and tidied when I returned. Easy to get to from the airport by taxi or Metro」

I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in...
