「Room was nice. We were given a card that gave us free activities in the area that was an excellent surprise. We used the card to ride the hop on bus to tour Innsbruck.. we didn't have time for the cable car. Everything was excellent and the staff was friendly and kind.」
「Shower at times got cold (fluctuating temperature). The bathroom floor get wet because the glass screen was not big enough to block the water from splashing out. Some problem with getting towels but quickly rectified by staff. Staff very helpful . If I had to return, I will return to this same property.」
「Great 4 nights in this lovely hotel. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was able to fullfill all our needs. Dinner for the guests was only 15€ per person and it was best value for money ever! 」
