「While booking hotel room it very clearly said hotel will provide 2 water bottles and hot water . However, after check-in nothing like water bottles when initially asked was denied and then after complaining next day 2 bottles were provided. Hot water is not 24hrs so we had to wait for hot water. Rooms and hotel actual state and picture provided at time of booking is just opposite. I don’t recommend this to any people traveling with family or friends 」

「Excellent stay - would rate 5 star. Staff very friendly. Would like to praise Parmeen, Muskan and Anushka for their hospitality. Forgot the staffs name at the dining area. Excellent service. If I have to pick one draw back - then its AC - it went off when we came back to the resort.」

「Amazing property , really great service . We had a great time , the waterfalls and the landscape was simply mesmerizing . I had taken the meals package and the spread is mind blowing . Only one small issue we faced was that there was frequent power switches which might be a little irritating especially if you are watching something on TV. Also Monsoon , while the property looks amazing .. not much activities to do due to the rain.」

「It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. Food rate is nominal, it was prepared fresh and the taste was good.(Gobi chilli alone was on the saltier side) Couple other noteworthy instances was of Avinash calling to state the room booked was non ac.
