「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!」

「We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....

「Brand new property; very clean and well designed. Beautiful lobby with separate lounge and reading spaces, dining space, bar and outside seating. Excellent self serve buffet breakfast with wide variety of hot and cold food options and even some cook to order items (eg. eggs cooked to order). Free social on Wednesday evenings with food and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, beautiful rooms (no carpet!) with lovely mountain views, full sized fridge, and well designed bathroom....

「Our stay at this beautiful resort started well before our stay. Cindy reached out to confirm our time of arrival, provide directions and caution us on the local roads due to a rain storm that had just passed through. If that wasn’t enough, Cindy then messaged us back to confirm our lodging, advised us how to access the resort and get our selection for the next morning’s breakfast. All this occurred during our drive from Liberia to the Serenity Eco Lodge. Way above and beyond. Our accommodation...
