"The room was clean, but poorly designed. We were in our room and could not use the closet or dresser because the doors don't open because the bed was in the way. Our family members stayed in a different room and had a totally different tv then ours and channels. They had a smart tv, and we had a computer screen. The room was comfortable and we had a great view of the water. No front desk after 6pm and bar closes at 9. I would say it’s good for those who want quiet and relaxation. Cleaning...

"Was okay. Room was quite noisy as it was right next to the pool area. Also wasn’t particularly clean as I found hairs on the bathroom floor. Bathroom itself wasn’t great with the sink located in the hotel room not in the bathroom. More of a 3* really. Other than that, it did for the night. "

"Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!"
