"Lobby was Under construction/ under maintenance so part of the hallway was sectioned off. Had to go to another room (empty hotel room) to get breakfast vs the lounge due to that. Kind of visually unappealing but otherwise was fine. Staff was great & room was fine."

"Great stay. We weren’t surprised about the free breakfast but also the free dinner AND drinks. The hours were at a time when most people were at dinner elsewhere, which makes sense, but it was broad enough that we were able to get a little something. There’s a Cracker Barrel right in the parking lot if that’s your thing and an all ages arcade/media store with a bar (only $5 an hour!) right across the street, which was a blast. Also a taco truck and a Waffle House in walking distance."

"We stayed for two nights to go to a wedding. The day of check-in it was a madhouse with all of the guests and only two employees working the desk. The staff wanted me to take a lesser room because it was available, but I’d already paid for a deluxe room. They were quick to turn around the room for us to get in. I really like the bar in the hotel. It was very confusing trying to find where we parked our car and the different elevators. It’s a really big hotel. Overall, it was an OK stay. I probably would not stay there again."

"Hotel was good. We stayed on the 20th floor which the view was amazing. Bed very comfortable. The only downside was check-in took long. Was supposed to be at 4.00pm But are room wasn’t available till 5:30pm."

"The breakfast was not good, powdered eggs, too much bread or packaged items still cold from the fridge or freezer, just poor choices overall and should throw the bad pancake machine away. Please think about healthy options at least for juice instead of those loaded with sugar."

"The temperature controls worked well, the shower was okay. Prefer to have some kind of breakfast provided."
