「We ordered takeaway breakfast for our date of departure as we had to catch an early flight. The order was confirmed by email and at check in by the front desk staff. However, due to an internal communication error, the order was not communicated to the kitchen and we were left without any breakfast.
We however saw the front desk staff when checking with the kitchen took the opportunity to make herself a ham and cheese sandwich and did not offer it to us.

「Was a last minute booking after my flight was canceled. Great staff all around. Modern room and amenities. The free wine happy hour is a great addition. Was able to meet new people also visiting the Faroe Islands. Would stay here again」
「Really beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Couldn't recommend enough! We had been considering a larger chain hotel up the hillside, but being right on the sea meant a quick 10 minute walk to the harbour and less taxi trips. The concierge was great for making calls for us. The afternoon tea service was delicious as well!」
「Online states "Free uncovered self parking on site." When I reached out they replied the "free parking" is on the street. The street parking outside the hotel is free yes and you have to move your car every 30 min. Screen shots posted of their advertisement and the street signs.
The 2nd solution was to park in a lot at the bottom of the hill and walk "5 min." Walk straight up hill in the pouring rain, 25 mph wind and in huge puddles of water. To then still have to move your car at least twice...
