All was clean modern and comfortable. It was a very nice stay. One niggle was the reception on the T.V was sometimes flaky.

I liked that there was a washer/dryer in the apt. We stayed on the top floor and there were no elevators and some of the stairs were narrow. There is no check in desk. You have to contact someone to be let in. It was convenient to walk around the town and to the train station.

Having rung prior to checking in as booking requests, I asked if I could check in one hour earlier and was advised not a problem. I was then made to wait the hour inside whilst the rooms lock was repaired. I then endured over hearing an argument between male and female on why they let me in. Upon check in the same woman who politely advised me I could arrive early.... Then fiercley advised me that she said no such thing to me on the phone! Never felt so unwelcome to a paid stay in my life as well as lied to! Would never stay there again and would highly suggest they learn etiquette to guests on arrival. Disgusting!!

Fabulous property

This property is very comfortable, clean, and maintained to a high degree. It is well situated within the town centre and close to all the attractions and restaurants. We were met on arrival by the housekeeper who was very friendly and showed us all the facilities. I cannot recommend this property highly enough as it is simply superb

Great property and location.

Great stay with a very quirky building. Typical of the area and very well presented inside. Great communication prior to arrival and everything we needed was literally just outside the door. Whether you want food, sites, or a bit bar drinks, literally you can step outside and have everything on your door step without it being in the middle or a rowdy town.

Nice studio, but would have liked separate bed area (mistakenly thought was a flat). Ideal location. Very clean & all that you need. Would have liked a window. Only sky light windows & kitchen window onto public landing. Nice decor.

The property was fine - no complaints. The check in process - or, lack thereof - was terrible. We arrived during check in hours which are 4-8pm to a sign on the door - "do not knock on door"; call number supplied by your agent". We were not provided a number via Expedia and we could not find a reliable number via the internet. Out of frustration, we knocked (loudly!) on the door and a service person quickly presented. Although kind, the person did little more than hand us keys to our WRONG room. Need to seriously improve the check in process.

The location of the property in the centre of Stratford was ideal. The property itself was spacious and comfortable and we had a most enjoyable stay. The downside was the parking. It was a good 5 minute walk away, which is a nuisance when carrying luggage, and we couldn't gain access to the car park until later in the day, which meant that we had to find an alternative (expensive) parking on our arrival.
