Saubere, moderne Wohnung

Sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung mit sehr viel Stauraum. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten bei der Küchenausstattung fehlen noch. Großer moderner Fernseher, leider war kein einziger deutscher Sender verfügbar!

Séjour affaire parfait !

J’ai séjourné dans un super Appart entièrement neuf. Petit déjeuner alors que non prévus. Accueil impeccable rien à dire. La salle de bain est carrément surchauffé à l’avabce Pour pas avoir froid !merci !

Super mais réception déficiente

Nous avons passé le réveillon de Noël chez notre fils qui habite Bertrange, aussi nous avons cherché un logement dans les environs. Logement nouveau et parfait MAIS la réception a été un peu dure. Nous avions pourtant téléphoner pour signaler notre arrivée pour 16h30. A notre arrivée personne... Après avoir resonner pour signaler que nous étions là nous avons encore du attendre 1/2 h mais la clé de la porte d'entrée n'était pas la bonne... Retour au bureau ---> encore attente Nous avons pu prendre possession du logement UNE heure après notre arrivée !!!!

Don't stay here until they finish building!

The apartment is brand new, a one-room studio (not a one-bedroom). There is still work going on in the building, entrance is a building site, no bulb at the entrance (bit difficult to get key in the door). Expedia confirmation lists the wrong address (it was the company's admin address in a completely different part of town - my cab driver had to call the number on the confirmation), there is no concierge/no bar/no coffee shop/cafe as currently still listed on the Expedia listing. No apologies either for the wrong address listing. Said it was Expedia's fault. No complaints about room furnishing except that on the first night, the heating was not working! This was fixed the next day. I asked for an umbrella. This was provided the next day. This room needs an information booklet to advise on where to get food, where the bus stop is, how often the bus runs, number for calling a taxi etc. All the useful things you may think a foreign visitor might find useful. You get woken up at 8 sharp with building noises. Also no city view - you are right on a main street with a building block opposite. Keep the tv on for internet connection, otherwise the battery runs down and it takes a while to recharge again so if you need to connect in a hurry...On my last night the lift was not working, but thankfully by the next morning it was so I didn't have to lug the luggage down the stairs. Don't stay here for at least a couple of months until they finish everything off.

Quelques petits aléas : porte d'entrée fermée alors qu'elle devait rester ouverte. Pas de clef à ma disposition (oubli de la personne qui m'a accueillie). Obligée d'attendre que quelqu'un m'ouvre. Délai assez long pour obtenir une facture. Sinon, emplacement pratique pour rejoindre le centre ville et appartement confortable. Plein de petites attentions : corbeille de fruits, bouquet de fleurs, divers shampoings et autres gels de douche, peignoir de bain, thé, café ....
