The worst hotel I've been. The heating system in the room was not enough and there were no additional blankets. Hair dryer does not heat and they dont have a spare one to lend, and dont even care. Service really poor

Our stay at this hotel was truly fantastic. The location couldn’t be better—close to all the popular tourist spots, with the Christmas market just a short five-minute stroll away. Overpriced. La chambre était minuscule, le lit inconfortable. Tout est minimaliste, avec le strict minimum pour éviter que les clients partent en courant. Tout est de qualité minimale, aucun raffinement. L'emplacement est absolument fantastique puisque l'hôtel est à distance de marche du centre de Strasbourg et des marchés de Noël. Malheureusement, l'emplacement de choix est insuffisant pour justifier ce prix. Un rip-off, selon moi. Dernière fois chez Ibis pour ma part. Trop déçu.

I stayed at the Ibis in STB for 5 day, at my 2nd day they told me I have to move room bc the room was scheduled for som maintenance, why you put someone in the room that is going for maintenance? They told me i have to leave the room b4 noon, but my other room was going to be ready only after 3 pm, and instead to keep me in the same level or upgrade me, they “downgrade” me, the new room was horrible, facing the garage, painting was peeling, noise, horrible. I don’t recommend.
