A very nice hotel.

Nice little hotel near the harbour. Great rooms. Had only a short stop, wish we could stay longer. Worth a visit.

Ein sehr schönes Quartier, in optimaler Lage unmittelbar am Sportboothafen, 3 Minuten vom Ozeaneum entfernt. Sicher wäre Frühstück im Hause noch schöner gewesen, aber die 100m zum Cafe Gumpert entschädigen dort mit einer herrlichen Auswahl und Qualität! Manch einer wird das Parkhaus im Hotel vermissen, aber das ist baulich direkt am Wasser wohl kaum lösbar. So nutzt man das Parkhaus des Ozeaneums - auch knapp 100m Luftlinie. Ideal geparkt, hat man mit Glück sein Auto vom Hotelzimmer aus im Blick. (E-Auto-Ladestation ist auch vorhanden) Nur Obacht bei längerem Aufenthalt das richtige Ticket für die komplette Zeit lösen - nur damit kann man beliebig oft rein und wieder rausfahren. Verkehrtechnisch ist alles auch sehr gut erreichbar - auf fast direktem Weg von der B96 aus. Der Zustand, die Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers und vor allem die Liebenswürdigkeit des Personals sind absolut überragend! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Das Hotel hatte ein schönes Zimmer und eine schöne Lage. Leider wurde kein Frühstück angeboten, darauf habe ich bei der Buchung nicht geachtet.

Ikke verdt pengene

Rommet var enkelt, komfortabelt og rent. Men vi var veldig plaget av støy fra flere nærliggende utesteder og forbipasserende på gaten utenfor. Dette pågikk til langt utpå natten. Vi måtte holde alle vinduer lukket for å få sove, noe som gjorde det svært varmt på et rom (i juli) som verken hadde vifte eller aircondition. Vi fikk ikke passord til hotellets wifi da vi sjekket inn, og resepsjonen var stengt og forlatt etter kl 18. Hotellet har ikke inkludert frokost eller hotellparkering. For prisen vi betalte for denne overnattingen, som var mer enn vi betalte natten før på et Hilton-hotell med frokost inkludert, så var oppholdet på Kontorhaus Hotel i Stralsund dessverre ikke verdt pengene.

Sehr empfehlenswert es Hotel!!!

Super Lage, Zimmer sehr gut und funktional eingerichtet, wunderbarer Ausblick auf Segelhafen und Blick nach Rügen, viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe

Fint läge med utsikt över hamnen och nära till centrum. Stralsund är en mysig gammal Hansastad.

Gute Lage und nette Angestellte. Leider Corona bedingt zur Zeit kein Frühstück. Gibt aber Drumherum viele Angebote. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel wieder besuchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage ist super, alles zentral zu Fuß erreichbar, Parkplatz und Gebühren sind ok gewesen, Nachteile: es gab kein Frühstück und Betten waren etwas durchgelegen, aufm Balkon fehlen Sitzmöglichkeiten

Hotel ist so lala

Der Empfang war nicht gerade erfreulich. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sichtlich genervt, weil ich keinen Corona Test vorweisen konnte. Ein Test direkt im Hotel könnte man aus Kostengründen nicht anbieten, da man extra Personal dafür anstellen müsste. Komischerweise ging dies ohne Probleme in einem anderen Hotel in Stralsund. Das Zimmer war spartanisch eingerichtet. Der Fernseher war fast unter der Decke montiert, ein angenehmes Fernseherlebnis stellte sich wegen schmerzender Nackenmuskeln leider nicht ein. Es gab zwar ein Telefon, leider keine Liste, welche Nr. die Rezeption hatte. Wlan Passwort mußte ich an der Rezeption erfragen und es funktionierte nicht. Bis abends 22 Uhr ist es recht laut, weil ein Restaurant Tische draußen stehen hatte. Danach war es dann ruhig. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Das Bett war allerdings okay.

Et meget hyggeligt hotel i gå afstand til bymidten. Blev godt modtaget ved ankomst. Helt fint værelse med gode senge og meget rent. Fin og lækker morgenmad og en ualmindelig smilende og venlig dame, der servicerede os på bedste vis.

Tolles gemütliches Hotel in super Lage und absolut netter zuvorkommender Führung. Das kann man als perfekt beschreiben und wenn ich wieder in Stralsund bin werde ich dieses Hotel bevorzugt versuchen zu buchen! Mega! Vielen lieben Dank für den gelungenen Aufenthalt

Nettes, kleines Hotel in prima Lage, leise. Leider keine Lobby oder aehnliches für einen Absacker. Zimmer für Aufenthalt bei schlechtem Wetter zu klein (2 Personen). Als Startpunkt für Aktionen in und um Stralsund ideal.
