"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, but I cannot say the same for the hallways. The breakfast was OK. The sausage was cold and the area was small and needed tidied up but overall, the food was good and had a decent selection. Although we did not use it, the pool area seemed very nice. The outside entrances were not locked so anyone could enter the establishment at any time. It needed a few updates as the walls in the bathroom needed new sheetrock and the furniture was quite old and scuffed and the plug-ins were so loose I could not charge my cell phone. The shower head made a terrible loud alarm noise about halfway through my shower that woke up the others in my room. I would consider staying here again if the price were about half what we were charged."

"Did not meet any staff. The room's floor was a little dirty. The toilet seat was loose. No ice machine. The two side chairs were uncomfortable and one was under a light hanging from the ceiling. The tap water in the bathroom sink came out at only a small trickle. There were two used wash cloths hanging from the shower curtain bar."

"This was the perfect place for us to stay. The location to Jackson was convenient and the drive was so beautiful. The staff was warm and helpful and our cabin was clean, cozy and spacious. We will definitely be back!"

"Our stay was fine, although the room was quite small. The kitschiness of the 1970s ski lodge vibe was unique, I think it would be cool in the winter when the large central fireplace was roaring. Love the resident dog! Breakfast was satisfactory."
