"The window in my room was shattered and covered in plastic. The refridgerator was not working, the microwave had seen better days. When I asked a cleaning person she suggested I call the front desk. They sent someone up within 5 mins and had a new fridge within another 5. The breakfast was top of the line. Great staff great service. The pool is off of the atrium. Not my favorite spot. Otherwise amazing hotel."

"You get what you pay for. This place is cheap and clean. The walls are paper thin if you care about that. Like starting at 6am, you will hear everyone outside chatting and starting their cars and slamming doors and getting ready for their hikes. But if you wake up early too, it’s all good!"
