「The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the hotel itself was in very poor condition. The bathroom and common areas were dirty, although the sheets appeared clean. I understand that budget hotels may have limited amenities, but cleanliness should be a basic standard. I stayed at a hotel in Umeå with a similar price, and the difference was remarkable—the staff clearly cared about maintaining the property. Here, the entire place felt neglected and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again.」

「La camera è molto spaziosa e pulita, e così anche le sale comuni. Le istruzioni per arrivare e accedere alla struttura sono chiare. La posizione vicina alla stazione e al centro città è molto comoda.」
