「When we got there we were exhausted from a long car ride. Kim was so nice in checking us in and making us feel very welcome. All of the staff there were extremely helpful and nice. Their breakfast was really good. Rooms are so pretty.」

「This stay really surprised me, in the best way possible One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at - everything looked beautiful and the experience was fantastic. My family could not agree more. 」

「What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! 「no room clean even though I asked」

「地點不錯,房間算大,但是裝潢稍微有的舊,整體算不錯」

「Overall experience with Palihouse was great. Highly recommended if you are traveling with family. Staff were friendly and helpful, although they have limited people. A bit upset coz the housekeeping kinda went thru our stuff and ditched our shopping bags away (were not even beside the trashcan, we got stuff we wanted inside) 」

「Helpful staff but water power in shower terrible My original queen room was minuscule and far from the 300sqft advertised more like 150sqft if that」

「The staff are very nice. Nice service nice environment. 」

「The room had a strong urine odor throughout our stay, which made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the female staff member at the front desk was extremely unfriendly and rude — her attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.」

「在星光大道附近, 食衣住行方便 ! 」

「All staffs are nice and helpful. The rooms are too small when the room rates not cheap comparatively. Amenities are too old and not up to date, like the hair dryer, I wonder why the cord is so short not even 12” in length, really the 1st time I saw the shortest cord during all my travels. The plugs for charger are too slow, I need few hours time to finish charging my phones.. not really happy with the facilities of the hotel. My only appreciation is the staffs of all staffs.」

「Very old, unclean and smelly room」
