「We had a fabulous stay at your hotel. From the moment of arrival to the end. Customer service were available 24/7. They were warm and friendly even at busy times. They offered us comfort. We had no access to the World Cup football in our room and were kindly offered another room which offered much more room and comfort for me and my two teenage girls. 「Eneste som trekker en liten andel ned er vedlikeholdet av rommet: Spotlights som var på vei ut av hullene sine. Takplater som ikke satt rett på plass. Tvbenkk med minibar som holdt på å knekke sammen, slikt det å åpne dørene krevde ekstra kraft og et strøk med maling hadde gjort seg. Ellers: god frokost med godt utvalg (savnet spilegg), god service, flott utsikt fra 10 etasje, godt renhold (med untak av en avklipt negl fra en tidligere beboer i sengetøyet), hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening....

「Staff were good, very polite , can fault them. Rooms where a good size but very out dated. Very warm rooms with lots of broken parts (lights and cupboards) bathroom was very bad, bath was unstable and fell away from the wall. The bath drain lead to a pipe that ran out of the bath and onto a drain in the middle of the floor, this lead to a very wet floor as the water didn’t go into the drain. Inturn flooding the floor. The toilet wasn’t stable and lid wouldn’t stay up. Furthermore the room was...

「The room was clean, but had a very bad odor in it. The bed though, was extremely comfortable and that definitely was a plus for us. The breakfast was fine, with enough things to choose from. The light in the bathroom was flickering the whole time, so that was also somehow annoying. All in all, I think we would only stay here again if the prices were more appropriate to what you get and if we were offered another room (that hopefully didn't smell bad).」
