"The rooms were clean but the exterior of the building is quite delapidated, the parking lot needs resurfacing and the area around the hotel has a very abandoned industrial feel.
They also had my reservation under a completely different name, and even though it was my phone number (which I've had for 25 years) it was attached to someone else."
