"Beautiful grounds on this property and the staff is friendly. However, the rooms are severely outdated and the beds are very uncomfortable. The bed was so uncomfortable in my first room that we instead slept on the pull out sofa for several nights. The manager, Jennifer, did her best to help us and put us in a different room. The bed in our new room was still uncomfortable. It seems like the beds, mattresses, furniture, etc. are many years old. I’ve never stayed in a hotel before with such uncomfortable beds. Also, we stayed 4 nights and did not receive maid service once. I hope for future guests that the Hilton takes care of these major issues. I would never stay there again. "

"I was charged a $25 parking fee, but it was not clearly disclosed at time of check-in. The building is in need of repair. The free breakfast was used up quickly and not of very good quality. A few oranges and cereal was all that was left by 8 AM."
