「The staff were excellent 」

「This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room...

「Our room was spotless. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Every staff member was happy, courteous and made sure we were well looked after. The food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing, cannot recommend enough. We’ll definitely be back. 」

「Clean room (apart from some marks on the carpet by the bed), staff were very nice and let me enjoy my full meal at the firepit restaurant although I was running late, amenities are great and you can enjoy the pool and gym until midnight!! 10/10.」

「The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. 」

Lovely meal great good menu choices in a cozy setting next to the fire with a really good bar selection too. 」
