The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. Everything was good except for the hold they put on your account when I paid for the room ahead of time so I was paid in full but they still charge my account $50 and they said they released it on Sunday and here it is 11 days later still not released and I called the bank for the second time and they said that it could take up to 30 days unless I get an email from the hotel stating that they release the money which is a lot of work and ridiculous for A to not stay no one should be able to hold your money that long when it’s not theirs in the first place"
