「Room not that clean. Bathroom fan didn't work. Some mold on bathroom. Smoke alarm went off early in AM. False alarm. Overall property in disrepair. Staff disinterested. First time staying at a Premier Inn and probably my last. 」

「Very poor experience. I have travelling 3 or 4 times every year for the past 20 years. Except the staff in the front desk and health club showed me welcoming. The waitresses in the restuant made sounds and faces behind me during the buffer breakfast. The waitress even did not know I could order and pay online during dinner. Are they trying to embarass the asian faces? Also smelly and stain in the guest room, no refigerator and safe, what kind of experience could not expected.」

「This is my very first time to take bath in bedroom. It is extremely relaxing. The room is comfy enough for you to feel like home. The breakfast is also very nice with good presentation. Highly recommended for couple!」

「This was by far one of the best inn rooms I have slept in for years. The bed was big and comfortable with a great mattress topper, two big wide windows for air. There was both a bath and a shower and both were clean. Tv and great coffee machine with plenty of milk and sugar with milk alternatives if needed.
