But, the guy who answered the phone was nice, and he got me a door code pretty swiftly, and then I got into the lift and went up to the fourth floor where my room was. A room was very satisfactory, looks like just after renovation, very clean, spacious, beds were very comfortable. A very nice bathroom with a shower. A very good breakfast for a reasonable price (14.99€/person). Some fine restaurants around (recommend l'Osteria). "

"A 30min walk from the HBF, or a 5min tram, location is fine, easy to find, small room, which is all that was required, shared bathroom, although there was a sink in the room, the taps didn't work, asked for them to be looked at, but nothing appeared to be done. Tv in room, wifi was great, staff were helpful and kind, lending me a kettle and cutlery. Supermarket and bakery within a minutes walk."
