Cute, quiet place close to Norton village

Mostly really good. Clean room, the key was waiting for us in the key safe when we arrived, and we'd had a text message with the code beforehand. Redroofs is convenient for Norton village where there are lots of good cafes and bars. The room itself was clean and tidy, and had access to a communal kitchen, which had space for people to leave food in the large fridge freezer. The only real downside was the bed itself - I thought it was fine, but my other half found it was too soft and uncomfortable for her - and any little movements made the whole bedframe shake.

No effective wifi.

Didn't realize this was an annexe of Kingswood guest house, which I used once before. Main gripe is that for all intents and purposes, there is no wifi. Occasionally I'd get a one bar after 10 minutes or so, but too weak to update email headers. Installation of a couple of £10 wifi boosters would be useful, as I can only assume Redroofs is trying to pull the signal from Kingswood, which is too far away. Parking is good.

Exceptional place. Spotless. Highly Recommend

This place is amazing and I will definitely be booking again. Loved having the use of the kitchen and dining room and a very rare find. I regularly use bed and breakfasts and it is nice to go someone so clean and well ran. Staff were great giving me directions to get in and parking out the front was plentiful. The exceptional quality for the price was unbelievable. Would highly recommend to anyone.
