Walkable distances from a bunch of close fast food, restaurants and restaurants only dislike I had of the hotel was it is close to the freeway so it can be noisy at times but other than that I give it a four out of five star rating would definitely go back. Staff was very helpful.

Ive stayed at alot of hotels in Tracy all I could say is I would recommend anyone to stay at the quality inn the staff here is the best out of all the experience I had at all other hotels rate 10

Comfortable, centrally located

My stay was very good, bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and clean. The only negative was the Bathroom and Shower were both open spaced, which was a different experience, but it was only me, so no problem. The morning breakfast was nice and convenient, but would have been better if there was jelly for the toast. Overall it was nice, comfortable and centrally located

Christmas Eve overnight stay

Very nice staff, quiet area even though it was right off the freeway. The bed squeaked but was comfortable. Will stay there again.

The room was great, upgraded and clean, staff was very nice simple check in and out. The property is in a rough area of town and a bit ran down. But my husband and I didn't have any problems. Came to town for one night for a family visit. Will stay again.

We were out in Tracy for a friends party. We stayed here for the night. I was calm. The room was good, clean and everything worked. The only complaint is the pillows they are a bit hard and too high. Other that that our stay was good. U would stay again for a night.

The room was decently clean, although it was obvious a renovation is taking place. Little areas such as the bathroom tiles and floors near the shower did not seem new. The new showers were very nice! Beds were very comfortable. Even though the property is close to the freeway, the rooms are nice and quiet. The hotel staff are excellent - friendly, helpful, and courteous. We had a very late check in and the person checking us in could not have been nicer or more helpful, as was the person who checked us out. We will stay here again.

First time stay at that place. It was nice and clean. Have no issues. My only concern is the bed. The bed feel like I’m sleeping on a floor. The mattress kind of thin like it’s from a pull out couch. If they get better bed then I would be sleeping good.

I stayed in a remodeled room. Clean, quiet... but tiny ants all over the bathroom. Nothing left when I went down for breakfast at 8a.m. person on duty looked at me and turned away, talking on his phone in aramaic. Would not reply to me. Disgusting behavior and service.

Outside appearence was not the best. Inside of the actual rooms were nice and remolded to look modern. At first when I came to check in I had come very late, it took a while until someone would come to the lobby to have me checked in. Same when I was leaving, there was no one at the front desk to help until a little while.

The receptionist at check in was great! Everyone we dealt with after that was terrible and not helpful at all. We initially were given a room and it was dirty. There was a bug crawling on the bed and also a wad of hair on the bathroom floor. We also did not have a bathroom door. The receptionist was very nice and quickly switched our room. Our next room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Each room only had two towels and the hotel never seemed to have any clean laundry to provide us with more. The hotel is in a rough location, right next to the interstate and a lot of sketchy activity around. Besides the point, the real kicker was Saturday night when we were awakened by multiple, and I do mean multiple, 50 to be exact, Gunshots. It was very loud and sounded like it was right outside our window. Finally when I heard the police sirens, I looked out the window at an entire crime scene. None the less, Never again will we return to this hotel. Please spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.
