Definitely, the staff were nice and assisting in all ways. The room was nice and clean with moderne photoes of plants and people, nice. It is located close to town, so it does not take long, then you are in the center of the city. Also nice with healthy breakfast in the morning. Thank you for a nice stay!

Good value and location

Very good location for that value, close to the metro, shops, restaurants. Rooms are in good condition, looks new, we were on the same floor as reception but it was still fairly quiet, so that was nice. We had little issue with textile upholstery on bed, that wasn´t clean properly, but they fixed it next day, otherwise the room was clean. Shower has kind of weird design, there is no tray in the bottom, just glass on the side, so bathroom floor gets wet easily. Breakfast was good, also with plant base options.

20 minute walk from the central station. Felt safe enough. Room was clean and staff friendly .Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise. Limited choice but good enough for me.

A very nice place where to stay for a holiday: nice personal and very helpful. The only downside is that the room has no air condition and it was pretty hot even with the window open. But the breakfast was perfect for vegetarians: very good bread and different choices for those with food intolerances :-)

Step by step Instructions for using app and gaining access after hours would have made our first experience with hotel better. Perhaps a YouTube video on how to use door entry app would have helped us and the people who came the next night who we helped. Rooms were average sized. Hotel is clean and staff were lovely. Location is okay.

Leaky windows and cold nights

Windows cant close properly, endured cold nights, traffic sound, but rooms were fine, bed and furniture were fine. If windows got fixed I would love to stay there again.

Amazing staff and amazing stay

The place is amazingly clean and freshly renovated. The staff really went over and beyond to accomodate me before and after my stay. Its 15 min walk from the central station with another station under it. The price was half of what I found with nearby hotels at the last minute. And free breakfast. Honestly, the staff accomodation and modern rooms blew me away. Will definitely stay here again. 5⭐

Not bad

Cheap, not bad, but don't expect too much. It is somewhat hard to find out, how to get to the reception. You need to call the reception by the box that is on the street. Don't go straight to the second floor trusting to the sign "Reception, 2:nd floor" because its door may be closed and without a door bell. Silly, I think.

Basic. Very basic. Nothing wrong with it just absolutely not worth the money. Minimalist breakfast, minimalist bathroom, nothing but the bare minimum in the room.

Good location and value for money if you are deaf

I think the location is great and service is adequate for the price. BUT the windows are so old an in poor quality, that they did not protect from the noise outside at all. I felt like sleeping next to the street. And easch time the main door was slammed, my bed was shaking. I will not be staying again, unless I don't have a choice

Made the mistake of waiting too long to book my stay and when it came close to my arrival date, the only “decent looking” hotels near the center of the city were overpriced or not available. I ended up paying $1,000 USD for 2 nights. The hotel has no lobby and is in an old building with that old building stench. You can imagine the smell of the sheets/pillows. No ice machine, no fridge or good air conditioning. For the price I paid, I expected way more. Youth hostel/motel vibes (without the social aspect or bar) and loud street noise at 3am.

This an excellent hotel for the budget traverler. Clean, safe and well maintainded. It was remodel within the last year is it looks and feels new. The staff for the most part was excellent. Only one receptionist was more interested in her phone than helping the guest. The food meets the Swedish standard of cheap. Yet there was enough for the average breakfast and surprisingly vegan meat selections, that is only vegan selections. Small selection and cheap products. Good enough but not great. This is a good place to stay and priced right for what you get. Location, walkability, transportation access are great. A clean modern facility. That means it takes a electronic key card to move around the building.. If a full time desk clerk is important, the hotel will be a problem for you! I would definitely stay there again. I would push for a better breakfast offering but beyond that this place is worth the price.

Good position for everything we needed. But on arrival we were told that they only clean every 4 days unless we asked on a daily basis before 7pm . We did ask , but they "forgot " . So we thought they'd clean on the 4th day anyway. But again they "forgot" . We were in Stockholm to visit various family members and were often back well after 7pm, and did not want to spend time chasing up housekeeping. We don't mind making our own bed but by the end of our visit our waste paper basket was overflowing and mugs provided for tea were heavily stained. And the carpet in our corridor needed a good clean. On the plus side our room was very clean when we arrived, and it was nicely decorated And the breakfast provided was fine. The staff we met were all very pleasant and helpful. There is a horrible smell (drains?) As you enter the hotel, but I assume that is beyond their control.

Since we booked the cheapest option that we could find, my expectations weren't that high to begin with. Several minor inconviniences still dragged the total experience down. My friend group booked two rooms. The other room had broken lights. Both of the rooms didn't have an ac. Even though the weather wasn't especially warm this weekend it was really hot in the rooms. Only 1/3 windows were possible to open to get some ventilation. Being forced to have the window open meant hearing the sounds of the traffic from the street down bellow. After taking a shower the rooms turned into the Amazonas. Puting makeup on our faces was hard since the makeup was dripping of due to the moisture... The elevator broke, and stayed unfixed for the rest of our stay. Luckily there weren't that many floors. The breakfast was average hotel breakfast, had the essentials, nothing special. Plus points for vegan meatballs and sausages. At least the location was good. I don't think that I'm going to stay at this hotel again based on this experience.
