Veldig små rom. Er litt old fashion stil. Ikke noe ekstra vagant, men var koselig. God frokost med den viktigste. Virket som det var god kapasitet på frokosten, så det var lite kø. Kjekk pub hvor frokosten serveres, som serverte belgisk øl. Veldig god beliggenhet, spesielt i forhold til Arlanda Express.

Property was well located to all amenities and the train station. Staff helpful, breakfast very nice and room clean but on the small side Would stay here again but pay for a better room.

Das Standard Zimmer ist nicht groß. Wir haben eins mit Doppelbett bekommen, allerdings hat das schon sehr gewackelt, sodass man jede Bewegung des Partners mitbekommen hat. Frühstück war super, wenn auch immer das gleiche. Qualität der Speisen top.

The hotel was very well situated , right in the middle of Stockholm . The room that we had was a bit on the small size for 2 adults and a baby. The breakfast was amazing. The restaurant was in the evening was always full so we always had to go out , bit difficult with a baby. The reception staff and breakfast staff were very friendly , the evening staff ( restaurant ) very unfriendly

Dear Anna, Thank You so much for taking the time to give your feedback. Glad you enjoyed our location and service. We do allow for a baby to stay with parents with parents in our standard Twin Rooms, without extra cost. However, it is not the optimal choice - we prefer to recommend one or our larger Superior or Superior Room Plus for more space. Sorry to hear about your experience at Belgobaren during dinner service. It is a very popular restaurant and bar, so maybe not the best option when travelling with a child. Perfektes Hotel für einen Städtetrip. Zimmer riesig… Flure könnten sauberer sein. Frühstück Buffet top. Personal top. Einzig die Sauna war nicht in Betrieb was sehr schade war

Having read other reviews and then waited until we were in our next hotel to write this with a comparison to a large chain hotel we can offer a better persctive. Staff were friendly and helpful with advice from arrival to departure. Room size based on a chain standard Vs our room with balcony at this hotel was comparable with only 3m sq difference. This hotel had a coffee machine, useable fridge and microwave, the chain had a kettle and coffee packets. This hotel had large toiletry tubes which provided plenty for 3 adults, the chain had small single use toiletries with only one of each in the room ( not enough for 2 never mind 3). Good variety of breakfast here and comparable facilities. I would rather stay at Freys than the chain.

Rummet var litet och trångt, ingen stol att sitta på bara sängarna. Bad om en stol med ryggstöd den kom sista dagen. Vi bodde där tre nätter. Frukosten var superbra

We enjoyed our stay at Freys Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helped with restaurant recommendations and tourist spots. The room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast had many hot and cold choices. The food was very good. The location was ideal for walking to shops, Old Stockholm, and metro. We would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean, rustic hotel with good location
Very nice hotel, rooms are clean and they have rustic style. At downstairs is very good restaurant and the location is great. Only complaint that I have is related to my inquiry to have a quiet room away from the elevators. I have been twice at this hotel and both times I have asked that and both times my room was next to the elevators. So it makes me feel that I´m not appreciated.
