Hello Thank you for your feedback regarding our property! We are sorry we did not live up to your expectations. As I informed you and your colleges when we talked at Volta you need to contact Hotels.com for the receipt. That is where you made your reservation and to whom you have paid. Botell Volta is a serviced apartment and not a hotel. That means that we do not have a traditional reception area, but we can be contacted 24 hours by phone. We have staff at the property during the days Monday to Friday. We hope despite of this we get to welcome you back soon again Kind regards Majlis, Botell Volta

nice stay but a little complicated to get the access to the hotel.

Botell is digitally operated, so we do not have traditional keys. We use an app called Parakey. The head entrance is looked at all times due to security reasons. For the guest to get access to the head entrance and the apartment, with his or her phone, the reservation needs to be paid and confirmed. If for some reason the phone is lacking battery, we have outlets outside the main entrance so that you can charge your phone before going in. Except for the email we send to our guests to confirm their reservation, there is also an information frame outside the main entrance that explains how you can download the app or who to call if you need help. Convenient to transportation. Clean and well managed building with excellent communication. We stayed here to be close to our daughter who’s a student and staying at Forenom Alvik. Our weeklong stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

Osittain pölyinen, haiseva suihkuverho, keikkuva pöytä ja epämukavat tuolit. Portaat haastavat yöllä. Kattoparruun tuli lyötyä pää pariin otteeseen. Keittiö laitteineen hyvä, mukavasti tilaa. Sänky oli mukava.

The appartment is nice. But the big showerhead is defect and are dripping even if you use the smaller one. The window to the bedroom was impossible to close, witch was sad because of the airplanes flying by all night.

Me and my friend had a great stay here. The room was cozy and nice, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Good ambience in the whole building. The best part was the great customer service we got when we had to make some changes to our reservation. Our needs were taken care of with a superfriendly attitude. Thank you!

Berusade ungdomar som festade hela natten På rummet och i hotellet korridorer och var väldigt högljudda och spelade hög musik. Ingen sömn överhuvudtaget den natten. Vi ringde kundtjänst och meddelade detta men inget gjordes åt saken.
