「Helpful staff」

「Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) 「Very high quality hotel. Compliments and full service breakfast were amazing. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for walking in the best parts of the town. The town is also extremely beautiful.」

「Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Es war für eine Nacht ok. Negatives: - Duschgel war leider komplett leer. - Beim Frühstück keine Eierspeisen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurden uns welchr gebracht. Aber wenn man auf der Durchreise ist, ist es alles kein Problem. Habe nur die negativen Punkte erwähnt, damit das Hotel dies in Zukunft besser machen kann. Im Großen und Ganzen: - Gut.
